Good price-performance ratio. Nice service. Consistent implementation of the corona rules. Schnitzel was surprisingly really good.

Difficult to criticize compared to the current health situation. Still, friendly and quick service and a home-made Kaiserschmarrn.

In the Wirtshaus am Sendlinger Torplatz you can always get delicious food! It tastes great. I highly recommend it.

I can only report good things. I was there three times in a short time. I was always served very quickly and courteously! Food was quickly at the table and very fresh! Food was very good! Prices are absolutely reasonable! From my side: Clear recommendation!

Is ok for the location.

The missus found this place online and wanted to go so we did, for our last, late lunch on 30/12 before having to leave Munich. The place is very nice and the food is good but the service left a lot to be desired. The waitress was incredibly young and inexperienced - maybe a student Christmas job - but I didn't receive what I had ordered. I ordered beef and after a wait pork arrived. She looked flustered even though the restaurant was pretty empty. After the wait, I told her is was OK and the pork would be fine, to which she replied 'it's cheaper than the beef' as if that was conciliatory. After we had eaten whatever meat we had been served - ordered or not - we had the bill situation. The young waitress was back, telling me that 'sometimes foreign cards don't work with this machine'. In theory this wasn't my problem. I wanted to pay with a card. After several attempts, the machine wouldn'd accept my card and I had to pay in cash - luckily we'd been to the ATM earlier to pay for mulled wine on Karlsplatz (almost opposite) so I had just about enough cash to pay. This wasn't cool as it meant we had no more cash for the rest of the day/our stay. I have never heard of a card machine not accepting 'foreign' cards - if my Spanish card works in Costa Rica and elsewhere, why can't it work in Germany? I think this is a ruse in order that people pay in cash and the owner avoids paying tax. The young waitress never once suggested asking her boss about this, and the boss didn't make himself known to us in order to resolve the problem. Order error, plus dodgy payment procedure - don't bother going

Great inn! Very very hospitable. The food is really super tasty and especially good value for the quality. We recommend!

* Has decreased a lot !! The waitress used to wear dirndls (!) Instead of nightclub - mini skirt !! The "new service" is rude and impossible !! As a guest, you can no longer choose a table as before !! If you choose a table at which you want to sit, you will be cried by the said "waitress" and stupidly turned on !!!! The kitchen is good, but in our opinion this "service" should be dismissed !!!! No longer a traditional inn !! We no longer feel comfortable there as before .. *

Great menu - almost everyone can find something here. Super nice and attentive service. The lunch came quite quickly and nicely arranged from the kitchen. The entire group (8 guests) was satisfied with the food, except for the Kaiserschmarrn which lacked "fluffiness" (possibly ready-made dough?). The toilets .... I always noticed the smell on my last visits.

Super evening! Last booked for 10 people for the New Year's Eve. Apparently serious staff, but revealed a unique sympathy, superlative dishes such as goulash soup, braised meat and mixed grill. Great party and great friendliness. The price was excellent, without any increase due to the particularity of the evening! Top!!!

Food is ok

Pretty expensive beer (4EUR), fries (pomes) from a bag instead of real potatoes. This place has this "sad" climate, hard to even enjoy sitting here, better to go outside. Pleasant staff, taken from the 80's though. Definitely a place I will not visit again.

Nice place

Pretty much found this place by accident, went in there for some dinner and I ordered chicken with baked potato and sour cream. Chicken seems to be rare enough in Munich and was delighted with the dish. Cooked well and the sour cream was an excellent addition. Prices are reasonable and the atmosphere is traditional feeling. Seems to be a good place to watch the football.

Very nice staff and delicious food. I was there with my husband today I had eaten a big mixed salad I had imagined more about it was more green salad on the plate than side dishes 5-6 strips of peppers and 4 corners tomatoes 4 pieces of white bread (Parisian bread). He costs 8.20 € laugh plate high three not recommended Even the salad dressing was bought so there is also saved. So side dishes I would have been happy if some sheep cheese, turkey strips, etc. on it would have been about it I am very disappointed was always satisfied. An operator Female smoking a pipe can not always give a dirty look on her face. This is a big mixed salad.

Quaint cookie. Especially outside. Inside a little carelessly furnished. The beer could tap them too.

A nice quiet place to get a beer

Incredible pork with spätzle and mushroom sauce. A thousand points! The attention is excellent. The prices are cheap in relation to the quality of the food. The atmosphere is very nice. In the end the apfelstrudel with cream is the golden clasp. Super recommendable!

The meals was enough and in good price. Polite waiters and fast serving. Its a good place to sit down, eat and drink something. We liked it.

Good moment

We sat outside on the mild summer evening and enjoyed very well chilled wheat beers. The food was very tasty and served in a particularly appealing way and at reasonable prices. The service was friendly despite the many requests from the guests and quickly brought the orders to the table. I can unreservedly recommend the inn.

bad service

Rude. Asked for service, was told to wait for the other waiter. Waited 30 min asked the host was told “the chef isn’t cooking right now” while everyone else around us ordered food. Waited again and was finally helped by the original waiter and they gave us a menu. She took so long to come back we left without eating.

Traditional German food. Did not disappoint!

Twice in total, spent my lunch break there. Recommended for introverts between 1pm and 3pm. The first time in the front room there was no table occupied. This time, including my table, there were only 3. That was delicious. So delicious that you get a sense of home for Bavarian cuisine, but let's not overdo it. In terms of price, I paid € 10.70 for the lunch dish (picture in the attachment) and the Spezi. If you can afford it, you should always come here if you are looking for a cozy atmosphere. Update 05/26/2018: (Photo of the lunch menu without side dish) Update 06/18/2018: (Photo from the lunch menu) The lunchtime offer for € 6.90 is only available until 3 p.m., but on request at 3:37 p.m., I got something. I cannot agree with Rainer Herrmann's review about football. There was a World Cup game, Sweden versus South Korea. But there were only 2 guests with me included. Also recommended during soccer games. Maybe that may change with German games.

Had a great time there at dinner - the sausage platter is really what you want to order there - just terrific. Desserts were excellent!

Great Bar, we planned on going all over town but ended up staying here here all night. The bartender is the greatest guy

This place was terrible! I would NOT recommend it. It seems like a tourist trap. The prices were reasonable, and the jolly waiter in lederhosen was very friendly and adorable, and we liked him a lot at the beginning. We ordered two traditional Bavarian dishes that we had liked very much elsewhere, but as soon as they came we realized that we had made a poor choice. One of them was quite overpriced as well. The portions were huge, and the food was not good. So much so that we even though we were hungry we only managed to finish half of our plates because of the bad taste. Too salty, not fresh, generally bad. We were very disappointed. Our bill totaled 36 euro, and when my father went to pay, the waiter typed in 44 euro into the credit card machine!! Trying blatantly to cheat us! My father was shocked and angry and made him change it, and the man acted as if it was an accident. So we left with a very bad taste in our mouths, and chastising ourselves for making a poor choice.

Food was nice (and the ratio food/quality), service was perfect and there was a great atmosfere! I would recommend it for sure.
